Hi Binoj, Attaching the cake image. Feedback is as follows: The most difficult part was to choose a cake.. Rest was handled seamlessly by sweet chariot. Since I was very particular about the look and content they accommodated and delivered the cake just as I had imagined. In time and with perfect blend of taste and the look. The ordering mechanism was also very easy and the support team actually came up with good suggestions. Overall a wonderfulustomer experience. The Cake was really good looking and very tasty. But the cake which showed in the website has some variation with the cake which was delivered.Infact both the cakes(website & Delivered) are good. I hope to have a service with Sweetchariot once again and i hope this service can also be started in some other major cities of our country apart from Banglore.

Hi Team, fantastic cake and "tooooooooo good" taste was the comments given to me by my sis :-)) Well thanks a lot for that and keep up the good work :-)) My small concern is around the money transaction via ICICI net banking. looks like your IT team were aware of this problem from past 2 week but still there was no fix. Fix with banking products takes times. However you could always provide a moving note for all the customers for he same, so the unnecessary issues could be reduced. hope this helps!
